Pumpkin Rocks.

We did tried a little pumpkin carving this afternoon during the babe’s nap. Yes I said tried….In one of my not so super mom moments I apparently picked the wrong kind of pumpkin to carve? I never knew it had to be so specific! I recently bragged about how perfectly round and pumpkin-y these pumpkins were, now I am eating my words.

They were like rocks! Carving through rock. Imagine that, if you can. I managed to get the tops off and we scooped out the goop :D … That’s as far as we got, there’s no way we can carve actual pictures into these things. However in the midst of let down Jon’s impatience and refusal to touch the “insides” (he’s always been that way) provided some entertainment
