the past few days we’ve: spent the day grilling out with friends, because we’ve had the most amazing fall weather here. Made/decorated spooky cupcakes (they were delicious) Had dentists appointments for the babe -those were interesting. Welcomed my mother in law for a week long visit ( begining monday) and have been preparing for all the fun that’s approaching. The end of october is always really busy for us, between town/school halloween activities and such. I’ll be back to regular soon I hope. I know Daddy’s waiting for some pictures :)
Moving on ..
We always make Halloween cupcakes, no matter what. This year though on the day we decided to make them My oldest had a couple friends over - so I let each child decorate their own. They frosted them, and picked which ‘spooky’ toppings they wanted. We had about 5 different Halloween themed sprinkles. And surprisingly only one kid wanted EVERY type of sprinkle added.
I carried on the idea by putting random sprinkle toppings (and combinations) on all of the cupcakes and topped em all off with either a witch or black cat.
